Indian Summer

Indian Summer
with an enchanting number
of clouds in a blue sky
an expressive painting
of white patterns passing by

Am watching them, slowly moving along
feeling their airy lightness so strong
they mingle and intertwingle
so gently, with ease
changing as they surrender in this release

Forming another painting
where sunbeams are radiating
as a stairway beneath
inviting me to become part
of this playful treat

And then
gone again
out of my sight
forming some other viewing delight
always a feast for the eye
as they are slowly passing by

  1. The frost is coming on the pumpkin soon
Look in the sky at the Harvest Moon
The wheat is tied and the colours here
The autumn blend says bye to summers cheer
We get closer to the white stuff snow
The last leave on the tree will let us know

    Love,

  2. But the frost is not there yet
    because first
    the farmers on the land
    will make a nice labyrinth
at least they do in my country
    and also in Germany
to have fun in to my hearts
    content
    Harvest labyrinths
    heaven sent :)
